Candidate Agreement

and DESIGNERDOCK Frankfurt GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "DESIGNERDOCK").

1. Preliminary remark

1.1 DESIGNERDOCK places the CANDIDATE with companies for contracted or freelance work. For this purpose, the CANDIDATE will be included in a pool and relevant offers will be suggested to him/her.

2. Placement in permanent employment

Placement in a permanent position is FREE OF CHARGE for the CANDIDATE.

3. Freelance placement

If a permanent position is not found but the contact leads to a freelance position with a company, this service is subject to a commission of 10% of the net fee for a period of 18 months. For further details, please see the freelance placement agreement.

4 Miscellaneous

4.1 The CANDIDATE agrees that DESIGNERDOCK may collect, process or use personal data of the contracting party to the extent necessary for the placement.

4.2 In case of interest in a placement in another location in the DESIGNERDOCK network (listed at www.designerdock.com), the application documents will be made available to the respective DESIGNERDOCK location in an effort to procure work for the CANDIDATE there.

4.3 This contract is subject to German law. The local court of Frankfurt is responsible for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship, provided that the contractual partner is a legal entity.

4.4 Should a provision of this contract be or become invalid, the validity of the rest of the contract shall remain unaffected.
