Die Stelle:
Now it is time for Designerdock to expand into the executive areas, which require a different search and presentation process. We are looking for a recruiter with at least 2 years experience in the executive search industry. Our clients, which include communication agencies of all sizes as well as companies with establised marketing departments, often come to us with senior positions. Your job would be to collaborate with the clients to define a candidate profile, then use our network and your own search skills to identify and contact suitable candidates. This you could do either from our office in Berlin or from your own work-space.
Qualifikation:
You should be a self-starting problem-solver who can use our unique and extensive network to find the right candidates. You should have an entreprenuerial vein which will help you build the new department into a leading element within the designerdock network.
