Thanks to his extensive postings over the past 20 years, Thomas is well connected with the agency, creative and digital scenes in North Rhine-Westphalia, both privately and professionally. Before joining DESIGNERDOCK, he held management positions at various top agencies (DDB Group Düsseldorf, Wunderknaben Düsseldorf/Vienna, Vertikom Nuremberg, Code Red, Düsseldorf and Hamburg, Jäger Health Group, Cologne and Nuremberg) and looked after DAX corporations on the customer side as well as startups. As an agency founder, he knows agency basics inside out and has always been responsible for building up teams and individual units. In his spare time, he certifies agencies and companies as a digital expert for the BVDW on the topics of digital marketing, social media marketing and content marketing."
Yeah, Katja is back! After a short career break, Katja found her way back to DESIGNERDOCK in 2022 - with in her usual high spirits, of course.
Katja started as a newbie in the FFF of BMZ!CA, then tinkered with audio productions in the language lab, before switching to the moving image field, working as a producer for several years. In 2017, three-and-a-half great years at DESIGNERDOCK followed. However, because she is always curious about new things, she ventured a brave excursion into the art world of the ZERO foundation. But in the end it looks like she's happiest with us!
As a talent scout and recruiter, our favourite optimist has everything in sight and under control. Both at work and for her family. As a mother of three great kids, she also needs to recharge her batteries. That she does either with yoga, on the shaktimat or with a bag of candy from the lolly shop.
Celia is the "turnkey solution". She used to be an Art Director/Illustrator at RitterSlagman, Saatchi/P-MOD, Zun Goldenen Hirschen. She worked inside and outside of the country. Now she's with us at DESIGNERDOCK Düsseldorf, and effortlessly covers the needs of clients and candidates alike.
As a Dusseldorf native with Greek roots, Dina worked her way up through the advertising industry as a consultant working in advertising, media and employer-branding as well as in digital agencies, until she landed in 2016 at DESIGNERDOCK. She likes to cook (but not to bake), does yoga (but avoids jogging), feels wanderlust instead of homesickness and is happy about good hair days.
Sonja discovered her passion for the written word early on. But a few more colourful years as a social pedagogue were to pass before her passion became her profession. First it went from Dusseldorf to Kiel, from Kiel to Münster and from there back to the village of the Dussel... In 2015, she finally started as a part-time freelance copywriter under the label of "Wörtersee". A year later, on the side, she briefly inhaled DESIGNERDOCK air for the first time. In 2019 she finally hung up her permanent position and focused primarily on creative projects with the Düsseldorf design studio "Franklin Four Design", only to rejoined DESIGNERDOCK in 2022, as a personnel consultant for the Text & Conception department. A perfect combination of creative freedom and great encounters. Even the dogs Otto & Lotti are happy about that!
