  Petra Graef
  Management/Owner and Recruitment Consultant

  Petra studied art and languages whereupon she worked the agency industry all the way from the bottom to the top. Her client portfolio displays brands such as Rossignol, Lowa, Accor, Pierre Cardin and many more. A-t-L and b-t-L. 360°. Meanwhile she graduated in Communications (Management) and studied psychology. This was when she decided to start up DESIGNERDOCK Munich in early 2002 alongside her sister Barbara. Still located in the same quarters as back in the early days the office has grown from a small shoebox to a light filled and representative space. A small but important insight: When she needs a break, Petra does NOT visit the worlds deserts like her business partner sibling. Quite unlike her, she actually seeks the water rather than the sand.

  Barbara Graef
  Management/Owner and Recruitment Consultant

  Barbara is our official office nomad. Whilst working in the first-class hotel sector, she moved to Berlin, Valetta, Munich and Frankfurt. Meanwhile working as a flight attendant Barbara visited pretty much every major city in the world. In the end though, she landed sound and safely in her home town Munich. This was when she started out as an account manager in a small advertising agency. A 2 year-evening course in advertising and marketing was to support her new career. After a lengthy stopover at a Munich recruitment agency, Barbara decided to start DESIGNERDOCK Munich with her sister in 2002. This was the best decision ever! Nowadays Barbara acts out her nomad habits by the principle of ‚reduction’: exclusively in the infinite Rub al Khali.

  Mandy Scholze
  

  München ist Mandys Wahlheimat. Vor mehr als 20 Jahren kam sie in unsere schöne Stadt und fast genauso lange hat sie Erfahrung in der Kommunikationsbranche. Als Projektleiter von großen Kampagnen und unterschiedlichsten Kunden war sie stets mittendrin im Agenturgeschäft. Immer am planen, organisieren und beraten. 

  Projektmanagement im Blut, mit Design verheiratet (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes) - die perfekte Kombination um Euch in Zukunft zu verbinden. 

  Ihre Leidenschaft für Musik teilt Mandy mit ihrem Ehemann und ihrer kleinen Tochter. Gut möglich, dass man die drei mal auf dem ein oder anderen Konzert - eher Indie und Alternative als Heavy Metall und Schlager - antrifft.
