  Thanks to his extensive postings over the past 20 years, Thomas is well connected with the agency, creative and digital scenes in North Rhine-Westphalia, both privately and professionally. Before joining DESIGNERDOCK, he held management positions at various top agencies (DDB Group Düsseldorf, Wunderknaben Düsseldorf/Vienna, Vertikom Nuremberg, Code Red, Düsseldorf and Hamburg, Jäger Health Group, Cologne and Nuremberg) and looked after DAX corporations on the customer side as well as startups. As an agency founder, he knows agency basics inside out and has always been responsible for building up teams and individual units. In his spare time, he certifies agencies and companies as a digital expert for the BVDW on the topics of digital marketing, social media marketing and content marketing."

  Carolin Barthelmes
  Recruitment Consultant

  Carolin is in love with the ocean and the harbour… Tis cheery girl from Hamburg spent over 10 years in the agency scene as an art director for fashion, lifestyle and commerce. During that time, she learned a lot about people and communication. Henceforth Carolin kept investing in her passion for interpersonal communication and studied systemic coaching. In July 2016, she signed on at DESIGNERDOCK Hamburg and now takes care of the creatives and joins us in our morning yoga routine.

  Mehibe Tuncel
  Recruitment Consultant

  When Mehibe discovered that, as an advertising assistant, she could combine a creative environment with paid work, she knew she had found her career. The fact that advertising constantly manages to hone in on social changes and seduce people emotionally is what still fascinates her in the communications industry today. After ten years in small and large agencies, in which she handled campaigns for, among other things,, coffee, optics and financial services, it was time for a change. During her search, Mehibe became acquainted with Designerdock and soon swapped roles: from being a candidate to being part of our team. Since Spring 2019 she has been imparting her creative experience as a junior personnel consultant while ensuring that the workflow in our office always runs smoothly. With her open-mindedness, her organizational skills and her passion for communication, she complements our team perfectly.
