The Job:
Als UX-Designer (m/w/d) entwickelst Konzepte für komplexer Websites und Portale. In einem agilen Projektteam erstellst Du Wireframes, Mockups und interaktive Prototypen. Du verantwortest Nutzertests und berätst Kund:innen auf Basis von Auswertungsdaten. Als Team-Player:in bevorzugst Du ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell und bist auch im Wechsel gerne vor Ort.
Qualification:
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen als Konzepter:in / UX Designer:in in Unternehmen oder Digitalagenturen
• Erfahrung mit großen komplexen Website Architekturen, -strukturen und -zusammenhängen
• Versierter Umgang mit Prototyping- und Kollaborations-Tools
• Anwendung agiler und nutzerzentrierten Methoden
• Leitung und Moderation von Kundenworkshops
• anschauliche Aufbereitung von Nutzertestergebnissen
• umfangreiche Erfahrung mit UX-Testing (u.a. Remote), Online-Befragungen und Expert-Reviews
