The Job:

- Präsentationserstellung (Powerpoint)
- Terminüberwachung, Koordination der Liefererungen (Event etc.)
- Adressverwaltung (Recherche, Verifizierung etc.)
- Travelmanagement für alle Projekte
- Projektunterstützung (intern z.B. bei redaktionellen Arbeiten)
- Büromanagement (Bestellmanagement etc.)
- Vollzeit-Festanstellung
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten

Qualification:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Büromanagement/Assistenz
- Kommunikations-/Service-/ Organisationskompetenz
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Deutschkenntnisse: C1/C2, Englisch: B2/C1
- Must have: Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office/365 insbes. Excel, Powerpoint
