The Job:
Der Junior Projektmanager (Mensch) unterstützt das Beratungs-Team bei der Umsetzung und Produktion sämtlicher Kommunikations-Maßnahmen.
Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität zeichnen ihn aus.
Er mag das trubelige Agenturleben, hantiert gerne mit mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig, behält stets den Überblick – gleichgültig ob es um Kosten, Timings oder Projektpläne geht – und tauscht sich mit Freude mit Lieferanten, Kollegen und Kunden aus.
Qualification:
- Berufserfahrung im Agenturumfeld
- Starkes Organisations-, Koordinations- und Kommunikationsvermögen sowie Kümmer-Instinkt
- Offene, freundliche und klare Kommunikation/Ausdrucksweise
- Positive (Lebens-)Einstellung und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsauffassung
- Anpackende, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Eine gewisse Gelassenheit, denn Du weißt: wenn andere den Kopf verlieren, läufst Du zur Höchstform auf!
