The Job:
Deine Aufgaben als Social Media Manager:
- Du betreust mehrere Marken des Startups im Bereich Social Media, darunter ein völlig neues Projekt, das Du von Anfang mit aufbauen kannst
- Du verantwortest sowohl die strategische wie die operative Konzeption von Social-Media-Maßnahmen
- Du kümmerst Dich um Umsetzung und Steuerung aller Social-Media-Aktivitäten
- Du erstellst Redaktionspläne, betreust die redaktionelle Entwicklung und briefst Kreative und externe Dienstleister
- Du behältst stets das Budget im Auge, steuerst interne und externe Prozesse, optimierst laufende Aktivitäten und wertest alle Maßnahmen analytisch aus
Qualification:
Was Du als Social Media Manager mitbringst:
- mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media
- fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau von Social-Media-Präsenzen
- fundierte Kampagnen-Erfahrung
- hohe Affinität zu digitalen Themen und Trends
- selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
