The Job:
Deine Aufgaben als Associate Director UX:
- Du leitest ein Team aus UX- und UI-Designern
- Du verantwortest die kreative und strategische Entwicklung von User-Experience-Konzepten für namhafte Kunden
- Du begleitest die Projekte vom Briefing über Research und Entwicklung bis hin zur Umsetzung
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zu anderen Spezialisten in der Agentur, von der Programmierung über die Kreation bis zur Beratung
Qualification:
Was Du als Associate Director UX mitbringst:
- mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich User Experience
- ein hervorragendes Portfolio, das Deine kreativen und strategischen Fähigkeiten unter Beweis stellt
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen UX und UI, großes Interesse an technologischen Entwicklungen und Trends
- Präsentationssicherheit, Erfahrung in der Kundenführung
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
