The Job:
Als 3D Designer übernimmst Du im Team eine zentrale Rolle. Deine Aufgaben u.a.:
- Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von 3D- und AI-basierten Visuals – von der ersten Idee bis zum finalen Output¶- Entwicklung von Look & Visual Language für Commercials, Musikvideos und narrative Formate¶- Look Development, Lighting und High-End Rendering in Cinema 4D & Octane¶- Compositing, Finishing und Qualitätskontrolle in der Postproduktion¶- Konzeption, Integration und Weiterentwicklung von AI-Workflows in bestehende Pipelines¶- Technische und kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden Produktionsprozesse¶- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regie, Creative Direction und Produktion auf konzeptioneller Ebene¶
Qualification:
Was Du idealerweise mitbringst:
- mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich 3D
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Cinema 4D & Octane
- sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit Adobe After Effects¶- fundierte Kenntnisse in 3D, Rendering, Look Development und Compositing
- hohes Interesse an KI und Praxis-Erfahrung im Umgang mit relevanten Tools wie Kling, Nano Banana, Runway, Veo etc.
- tiefes Verständnis für Produktions- und Postproduktionspipelines¶- ausgeprägtes visuelles Gespür sowie ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch¶- eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und kreatives Gespür
