Eine junge Kommunikationsagentur in Kassel, die sich auf B2B-Themen mit digitalem Schwerpunkt spezialisiert hat. Ca. 15 Mitarbeiter arbeiten hier in kleinen agilen Teams an Projekten für namhafte Markenkunden. Familiäre Atmosphäre, zahlreiche Benefits und Home-Office-Regelung runden das Paket ab.
The Job:
Deine Aufgaben als Kundenberater sind unter anderem:
- ganzheitliche Beratung der B2B-Agenturkunden auf Augenhöhe
- Organisation und Begleitung von B2B-Kampagnen (Digital, Social und Print)
- Koordination der Projektteams
- Budgetkontrolle, Ressourcenplanung, Dokumentation
Qualification:
Was Du als idealer Kundenberater mitbringst:
- abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation
- mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in Agenturen
- klare strategische Denke
- souveränes Auftreten, Präsentationssicherheit
- engagierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
