The Job:
- Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten in den Bereichen Content Creation, Kampagnen und Markenkommunikation
- Moderation von Content-Initiativen, Design-Sprints sowie interdisziplinärer Ideation-Formate
- Umsetzung AI-gestützter Lösungen (z. B. Midjourney, Firefly, Claude.ai)
- Analyse und Optimierung bereits bestehender Workflows im Hinblick auf Qualität, Budget etc.
- Führung eines Teams im agilen Arbeiten (Scrum, Kanban)
- Moderation von Stand-ups, Retrospektiven und Sprint-Reviews
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern - von der Geschäftsführung bis hin zu Marketing, Sales, Einkauf etc. und auch externen Partnern
- Reporting, KPI-Tracking sowie Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement- und Produktionsmethoden
Qualification:
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Content- und Kreativprojekte
- Ausgeprägte Design-, Marken- und Medienkompetenz im Omni-Channel-Umfeld
- Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von generativer KI in kreativen Produktionsprozessen
- Fit im Umgang mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) sowie digitalen Kollaborations-Tools
- Analytische Denke, organisationsstark mit hoher Affinität zu technischen Themen
- Guter Kommunikator, versiert im Stakeholdermanagement
- Souverän, diplomatisch, durchsetzungs- und präsentationsstark
