Ein Unternehmen aus dem Modebereich in der Nähe von Stuttgart. Ein kleines, aber feines Marketingteam kümmert sich hier um Kampagnen, Events, Social Media und E-Commerce.
The Job:
Als Assistenz der Marketing-Leitung bist Du in alle wichtigen Prozesse eingebunden:
- Du bist die rechte Hand der Marketing-Leitung, organisierst Termine und Meetings, übernimmst die Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern und kümmerst dich um die täglichen administrativen Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt das Marketing-Team bei allen relevanten Aufgaben, von der Kampagnen-Entwicklung und Event-Planung bis zur finalen Umsetzung
- Du koordinierst Termine für Marketing-Aktivitäten und sorgst dafür, dass alle relevanten Stakeholder immer mit an Bord sind
Qualification:
Was Du als Assistenz der Marketing-Leitung mitbringst:
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium
- erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing-Kontext
- hohes Interesse für Modethemen
- sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Organisationstalent, analytische Denke, die Fähigkeit sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Marketing-Software (z.B. Analyse-Programme)
- sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
