The Job:
Als Senior Account Manager bist Du in der Agentur die treibende Kraft hinter erfolgreichen Kundenbeziehungen. Was Du u.a. machst:
- Du berätst deine Kunden strategisch und auf Projektebene: vom Briefing über die Umsetzung bis zur Erfolgskontrolle ist deine Expertise gefragt
- Du steuerst die Projekte und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen allen Beteiligten
- Du hast Timings, Budget und Qualität im Blick
- Du hilfst aktiv mit, das Geschäft der Agentur weiter auszubauen
Qualification:
Was Du als Senior Account Manager mitbringst:
- mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Account- oder Projektmanager in verantwortlicher Position, Erfahrung in der Führung von Kunden, Etats und Teams
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in der (digitalen) B2C- und B2B-Kommunikation, von Marke und Branding bis zu Content und Kampagne
- sehr gute Projektmanagement-Skills, sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen digitalen PM-Tools, Erfahrung mit KI-Lösungen von Vorteil
- sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentations-Skills, Leidenschaft für gute Kommunikation
- Organisationstalent, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
